Expat: Application Site Manager (m/f/d)

We are building our new Country Application Support team, and are now recruiting the team members. After an intensive training period of several months, you will work with our technology at the most advanced companies in the semiconductor industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• You provide our customers with important support to help shape the rapid development of the semiconductor industry.
• After an approximately one-year training period at our location in Brunn, you will work for at least two years on site with our customers, the best-known and largest companies in the semiconductor industry in South Korea.
• You monitor the performance of our products and drive improvement projects in coordination with the customer.
• You analyze data and offer solutions on site - independently and as a team.
• You document processes and problems and form an important communication interface with the customer.
• You will guide the on-site service team in problem solving and quality improvement.

Your Qualification:

• You have completed a higher technical or scientific degree (e.g. physics, chemistry, electrical engineering) and are interested in continuous further development.
• You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English and German, both verbally and in writing. You can convey complex technical content clearly and competently.
• You have the willingness to work abroad for two years and the personal environment that supports you.
• You face challenges and make full use of your analytical skills, your technical knowledge and your interpersonal skills.
• You are tech-savvy, organized, assertive and a likeable team member.
• You are resilient, can deal with stress and quick decisions and are willing to work flexibly.
