Key Accountabilities
- Architectural Strategy: Lead the design and evolution of our M365 and Azure environments, ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term business goals.
- Advanced Identity Governance: Define and implement global identity lifecycles in Microsoft Entra ID, moving beyond standard setups to complex, multi-layered Zero Trust architectures.
- Security Orchestration & Response: Act as the lead responder for high-stakes security incidents, utilizing Copilot for Security, Microsoft Defender, and Purview to mitigate sophisticated threats.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Standardize deployment workflows using GitHub and advanced scripting (PowerShell/Python) to ensure a fully automated and version-controlled environment.
- Strategic Automation: Oversee the integration of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to eliminate technical debt and optimize cross-departmental data flows.
- The Toolkit You Will Learn & Master
- Identity & Security: Microsoft Entra ID (Identity Governance), Defender for Endpoint/Cloud, and Microsoft Purview.
- Cloud Operations: Expert-level Intune/Autopilot management and M365 Admin Centers (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
- Development & AI: Advanced PowerShell, GitHub (CI/CD), and leveraging Copilot for Security for proactive threat hunting.
- Platform Integration: High-level knowledge of Dataverse and Logic Apps for complex enterprise integrations.
Who you are
- Expert Educator: You have extensive professional experience and a completed IT education (HTL, University, or equivalent), with a proven track record in cloud architecture.
- Security Advocate: You possess a deep-seated "Security-by-Design" mindset, prioritizing least-privilege access and robust encryption across all systems.
- Strategic Thinker: You look beyond immediate troubleshooting to identify systemic improvements and drive efficiency through automation.
- Fluent: Excellent English skills for our multicultural corporate environment.

Salary
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for this position, based on the Austrian IT collective agreement, is € 3.175/month (full-time, 38.5 hours/week), corresponding to € 44.450 gross annually.Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a market-aligned and competitive salary that may significantly exceed this minimum.
