Your tasks

• Lead and develop a SAP Integration & Governance team responsible for Service, Change, Demand and Test Management
• Lead international SAP projects and transformation initiatives independently
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle
• Lead cross-module requirements and solution design across the SAP landscape
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IT solutions
• Continuously improve Demand, Change and Test Management processes
• Establish and maintain SAP governance standards and project methodologies
• Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with central PMO as well as with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements

Your profil

• Education in the technical field and/ or process management
• Profound project management skills
• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP project delivery or SAP application management
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Business fluent English; German is an advantage
