We are seeking a Senior Leader to drive leadership development and succession planning across our international manufacturing organization, which includes over 20,000 employees across multiple plants and business units worldwide. This role focuses on building strong leadership pipelines, preparing executives for critical roles, and embedding development into practical business and operational practices--including during transformation initiatives.

In this position, you will establish a consistent global approach to talent and leadership, strengthen capabilities at senior and executive levels, and advise leadership on talent risks and opportunities. Success in this role is measured by strategic impact, pipeline visibility, and enabling leaders to deliver business results.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, working across decentralized global sites, and a proven track record in driving transformation, influencing senior leaders, and developing high-performing leadership pipelines.

Your Tasks

  • Establish a consistent approach to succession planning and leadership development across all regions, plants, and business units
  • Build transparency of key talent and successors beyond local structures
  • Strengthen leadership capability at senior and executive levels, with experience in manufacturing environments
  • Embed development into real business practice, including operational, plant-level, and transformation initiatives
  • Advise senior leadership on talent risks, leadership gaps, and pipeline strength

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, particularly in global, industrial, manufacturing, or operationally complex organizations
  • Track record of working with senior leaders and executive populations, including during transformation or organizational change
  • Experience operating across decentralized sites, regions, or business units with multiple countries involved
  • Ability to build leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical roles
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach focused on real-world impact rather than programs or training activities
  • Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into practical talent solutions
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus

For legal reasons, we are required to disclose the salary for this position, which is EUR 80.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
