  • You have practical experience of 8+ years with vehicle and/or drive/brake control systems in railway or related industry.
  • Ideally, you have leadership experience in project and/or line organizations.
  • You have worked on all phases throughout the entire development process, including customer requirement analysis, design and creation of functional circuit diagrams, system descriptions, software development, as well as testing and commissioning.
  • You are familiar with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • You have knowledge of railway-specific software development processes, particularly those based on the V-model in accordance with CENELEC standards (EN 50128:2011, EN 50657:2017, or EN 50716:2023). Equivalent experience with similar development models is also welcome.
  • You have worked on R&D activities, creating innovative solutions in your field of expertise.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally as required by project needs (e.g., customer visits, supplier coordination, vehicle commissioning).
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken). The corporate language is English.

Your perspective

Depending on the specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 4.341,85 is envisaged (this in any case exceeds the minimum salary under the collective agreement). The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal meeting.
