R&D Team Leader Varistor Thermistor (m/w/d)

Deutschlandsberg (A)

Your qualification

• Completed technical studies (Electrical engineering, Chemistry or Physics)
• Several years of work experience in a comparable position (incl. Product Development) is necassary
• Experience in managing main R&D projects and ability to set priorities
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, high implementation strength and technical expertise
• Good skills in coordination / cooperation with different departments
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus

Your future responsibilities

• Coordination of the R&D activities for the team in Deutschlandsberg
• Work on and push the Business Developement for PTC SMD and USS Modules
• Close cooperation with the R&D Center and material development e.g. for leadfree ceramics
• Strategy development for new and existing products
• Markt observations and analysis

Salary

from EUR 5,000 gross per month (14x) with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience
