Deine zukünftige Rolle

In the role of the IT Support Specialist, you will work independently as the inhouse single point of contact, supporting the IT needs of high-level executives and board members:

• Manage the local IT environment, including networks, infrastructure, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and document support and knowledge cases.
• Provide dedicated support and discreet management for VIP users with current technologies.
• Train users on cloud tools and monitor infrastructure performance.

Du bietest

• Completed studies in IT or completed training with several years professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in similar IT support roles are required
• Advanced hardware and software knowledge
• Fluent English is mandatory, German is a plus
• A driver's license
• Ability to handle high-profile managers and work under pressure

Gehaltsspanne

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung zwischen 3.500 EUR und 4.600 EUR brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Brutto Netto Rechner
