We'll look for you to:
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising managers and translating business needs into impactful HR actions.
Lead workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring timely staffing and high-quality hiring decisions.
Drive performance, talent development, and succession planning to build organizational capability.
All About You
University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
Proven experience across full-spectrum HR practices (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.)
Experience working in a matrix and international environment
Fluency in English; German is an advantage

Salary
Starting from EUR 53,228 gross/year for full-time employment, with overpayment possible depending on experience and qualifications.
