What you can expect

  • Promote a culture of continuous development and an agile mindset: Implement agile ways of working and practices within our product teams.
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals: Act as a "Servant Leader" to foster an agile mindset and empower teams to self-organize.
  • Support agile events: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, People Coaches, and Stakeholders: Ensure clear and prioritized product and sprint planning while adhering to agile principles.
  • Identify and remove obstacles: Address impediments hindering team progress, collaboration, and team dynamics.
  • Encourage communication and collaboration: Foster effective communication within product teams and across different teams and locations.
  • Work effectively in a truly global and culturally diverse team environment, where cultural awareness, openness, and respect are essential for successful collaboration.
  • Maintain a strong focus on outcomes and value creation, ensuring that agile practices contribute to tangible results for teams, products, and the organization.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and proactively drive topics forward, identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating appropriate actions.
  • Establish performance metrics: Implement metrics to track and improve team performance in agile environments.
  • Support standardized processes, methods, and tools: Aid in the definition and continuous improvement of agile practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Agile Master Community: Work with the Agile Master Community to improve the effectiveness of Miba's Agile Ways of Working (AWoW).

What makes you special

  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, agile certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and locations.
  • Strong cultural awareness and intercultural competence.
  • A strong outcome-driven mindset, with the ability to focus on achieving measurable results and creating value.
  • A high level of ownership and responsibility, combined with the initiative to independently identify needs, take action, and drive topics forward.
  • Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner within a global organization.
  • Strong coaching skills and experience in training and developing teams.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Holistic thinking, an analytical approach, and a self-responsible way of working.

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 63,000 EUR /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
