Every successful launch into a regulated market requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compliance requirements. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist helps enable the growth of our B2B gaming platform by ensuring products are prepared for market entry, certifications are delivered efficiently, and compliance standards are consistently maintained. Working closely with Product, Development, QA, Security, Operations, Legal, and external partners, this role contributes to bringing innovative gaming solutions to markets around the world.

Your tasks

  • Research, analyze, and maintain regulatory requirements for existing and new markets to support successful product launches
  • Coordinate certification, testing, and submission activities with internal teams and external test laboratories to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation, technical evidence, and certification records to support audit readiness and market requirements
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on products, platforms, and business operations
  • Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and certification schedules to provide transparency and support effective planning
  • Support market launches by coordinating readiness activities and ensuring all required compliance steps are completed
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Security, Operations, Legal, and external stakeholders to align requirements and support successful market launches through effective certification and compliance coordination
  • Contribute to improving compliance processes, templates, and documentation standards to increase efficiency and scalability

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, certification, quality assurance, or a similar function within a technology-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear actions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
  • Experience in the gaming industry or another regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, automotive, or technology is desirable
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

  • The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is EUR70,000 (full-time basis). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
