Your Impact:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Therapy Marketing - Woundmanagement & Compression to lead the global therapy marketing strategy for our woundmanagement and compression portfolio. This high-impact leadership role will drive category growth, strengthen market positioning, and ensure customer-centred, clinically credible, and commercially effective therapy marketing across global markets.

Working closely with commercial, clinical, medical, product management, and regional teams, you will translate market and customer insights into compelling strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market initiatives that support sustainable business growth and category leadership.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global therapy marketing team.
  • Define and deliver the global therapy marketing strategy for woundmanagement and compression.
  • Develop compelling therapy-led value propositions, positioning, and messaging based on clinical evidence and customer insights.
  • Translate market, customer, competitive, and clinical insights into strategic growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, product, medical, clinical, market access, and regional teams to drive portfolio success.
  • Enable regional and local teams with strategic frameworks, campaign guidance, messaging, and tools to support effective market execution.
  • Strengthen category leadership and brand equity through impactful therapy marketing initiatives.
  • Lead marketing input for product launches, innovation projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and use performance data to measure impact, optimise plans, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and brand standards.

Your Profile:

You are a commercially minded marketing leader with significant experience in therapy, category, or strategic marketing within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries. You combine strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and translate insights into measurable business results.

  • Senior leadership experience in therapy marketing, category marketing, strategic marketing, or a related commercial function.
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams across global or multi-market environments.
  • Experience developing and implementing global therapy marketing strategies with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong track record in creating therapy-led marketing approaches that connect customer needs, clinical evidence, and business opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, product management, clinical, medical, market access, and regional marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and clinical knowledge to shape strategy.
  • Experience developing value propositions, campaigns, launch strategies, and growth initiatives that strengthen category performance.
