OPEX Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Drive OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Optimize inventory levels and parameters (e.g. safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes)
• Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs (e.g. Inventory Turns, Service Level, Working Capital)
• Analyze, standardize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes
• Support and contribute to supply chain transformation projects (e.g. 3PL outsourcing, network optimization)
• Build and maintain reporting tools and advanced Excel/BI models
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Quality

Wir erwarten

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably with focus on inventory, planning, or process optimization
• Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data (Excel, ideally SAP/BI tools)
• Project management experience and proficient use of project management tools, ability to plan, execute, coordinate and manage complex global projects
• Experience in process improvement (Lean / OPEX mindset)
• Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
• Fine interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking, solution oriented and proactive work style
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
