For our globally active HYDRO division at our locations in Maribor or Zagreb, we are looking for a full-time SENIOR SCHEDULER (m/f/d) in the Mechanical Engineering department.

YOUR TASKS

• Create and/or review baseline schedule based on inputs from the project team
• Revise the baseline schedule in case of contractual change
• Ensure contract and process compliance of the schedule with respect to quality scope, milestones, level of detail, weighting, structure, etc.
• Coordinate & expedite schedule inputs from Project team
• Feedback to Project team to highlight actual or potential delays, status of Milestones & critical path variations, etc.
• Provide any schedule related output to project team in accordance with contract requirements
• Develop mitigation scenarios
• Create PSP/work breakdown structure summary report for progress monitoring based on the schedule
• Conduct delay analysis and advise project team

YOUR PROFIL

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling within hydropower, grid stability (synchronous condensers), energy, or EPC plant projects
• Proven experience on large, complex projects in a professional scheduling role
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• In-depth knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management, performance reporting, baseline management and schedule updates
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

We offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case (includes base salary, meal allowance, and transportation allowance). The gross base salary depends on the amount of the meal and transportation allowances and is determined individually.
