We work together with the production and VAS companies to manage the supply chain and ensure its stability with the lowest possible buffer stocks and a high service level.

Job description
- Configure, implement and continuously optimize MRP processes in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), as well as supply chain planning processes within an integrated planning environment
- Translate global planning concepts into clear system configurations, parameter settings and practical technical solutions
- Support and ensure the accuracy of relevant master data required for planning execution (e.g. planning parameters, lot sizes, lead times, safety stocks), while maintaining the stability and performance of MRP setups
- Drive and coordinate the technical rollout of supply chain planning solutions across voestalpine High Performance Metals companies worldwide, including cutover, testing, go-live and hypercare phases
- Create and maintain technical documentation, templates and rollout guidelines, and act as a technical escalation point when required
- Contribute to the design of end-to-end supply chain planning architectures, with a strong focus on feasibility, and ensure consistent integration of SAP processes, data structures and reporting layers
- Take responsibility for stable, high-performing and user-friendly system solutions to enable efficient and reliable planning processes
- Design, build and continuously improve Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and ensure transparency across SCM, MRP and master data
- Monitor, analyze and continuously improve system stability, planning quality and overall performance through structured analysis and optimization
- Work closely with planners, SCM experts (m/f/d) and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements, translate them into system solutions and communicate technical concepts in a clear and pragmatic way

Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.802,93 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification supported by relevant professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MRP (MM / PP, ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Proven background in system implementation, configuration or rollouts, ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid understanding of how supply chain planning and MRP works technically and operationally in production and supply chain contexts
- Experience with Power BI or SAP based reporting and with one or more APS systems (SAP IBP, o9, etc.) beneficial
- To successfully implement and roll out complex supply chain planning solutions, this role requires a structured, detail-oriented and hands-on working style, along with the drive to independently advance digital solutions in a global environment
