Your Tasks
- Define and implement group-wide standards for data cataloguing, metadata management, and data governance policies
- Support teams in populating the data catalogue and ensure alignment/interoperability across entities
- Develop and operationalize a Data Quality Management framework: define rules, KPIs, reporting, and support remediation of critical issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; embed data-driven culture and strengthen data ownership
- Act as a trusted partner to business and data leaders; facilitate cross-entity collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Support rollout of governance initiatives, training, and communications

Your Profile
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields
- Expertise in Data Cataloguing, Data Quality, Standards & Policy Development, or Business Data Engagement
- Understanding of data management principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); experience in large, decentralized organizations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business value
- Preferred: DAMA certification (CDMP), experience with enterprise data management tools (ERWIN, Ataccama), knowledge of Regulations
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
