Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Configuration Management: Ensure secure and efficient operations by setting up and maintaining permissions for Configuration Management (CM) infrastructure, defining and overseeing product structures and deliverables, and aligning practices with project goals
• Change Management: Track and govern changes across projects by configuring and managing the Change Management Database (CMDB), supporting teams with process guidance, and facilitating structured Change Board Meetings
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization by partnering with the Change Management team to identify improvements, supporting automation and methodology enhancements, and integrating advanced technologies like AI

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field
• Technical Skills: Understanding of Configuration and Change Management principles, tools and methodologies, familiarity with automation tools and emerging technologies like AI is a plus
• Soft Skills: Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, German is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
