Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Project Support: Contribute to and support the coordination of projects with concepts. Support structuring strategic and organizational topics and help to define work streams
  • Project Management: Act as a strong Project Management Office
  • Consulting: Act as a sparring partner for the Product Line Leadership Team
  • Communication: Prepare communication up to Business Line and into the Product Line Leadership Team
  • Market Analysis: Support the creation of market analyses and business reports for the Product Line Leadership Team
  • Workshop and Meeting Support: Support the Executive Assistant in preparation and execution of workshops and governance meetings where applicable

Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Currently pursuing a business-related technical or scientific degree, with a focus on strategy or marketing
  • Experience: International internship experience is considered an additional advantage
  • Digital Skills: Strong affinity for digitalization, technology, and current market trends. Proficient user of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in collaboration tools like Confluence or iShare as a bonus
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter and self-driven, with the ambition to build an accelerated management career. Thrive in uncertain and dynamic environments, with a strong enthusiasm for change. Possess a pragmatic and analytical mindset, balanced with the ability to think ahead and tackle challenges
  • Communication Skills: Very good organizational and communication skills, with a passion for teamwork and collaborating across multinational teams and time zones. A networker with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with German proficiency considered an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
