Commercial Strategy Manager (f/m/d) - Go-to-Market Activation

L&R is a globally operating and expanding company for medical products. In our core business fields, we develop and produce innovative products and solutions for patients, ranging from high-tech applications in negative pressure therapy to modern wound dressings.

Your role:

• Translate the commercial strategy into actionable steps and daily operations
• Develop and execute market entry plans for new products and services
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product launches
• Manage campaigns and activation measures to drive market growth
• Oversee strategic initiatives and promote commercially-oriented decisions

Your experience and skills:

• Degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on strategy, marketing, or product management
• Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies and product launches
• Strong project management and market analysis skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Fluent in business-level German (C2) and English (minimum C1)
• Inspiring personality with a focus on teamwork and cooperation
