Commercial Strategy Manager (f/m/d) - Market Models

L&R is a globally operating and expanding company for medical products. In our core business fields, we develop and produce innovative products and solutions for patients, ranging from high-tech applications in negative pressure therapy to modern wound dressings.

Your role:

• Analyze and define existing market and business models within the company for strategic and commercial advancement
• Internationally roll out successful business models and standardize similar existing models
• Develop and implement change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation
• Discover new market potentials through the implementation of novel business models
• Oversee strategic initiatives for commercial strategy deployment
• Promote commercially-oriented decision-making across all relevant operations

Your experience and skills:

• Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in business development or strategic development and execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and manage complex structures
• Solid knowledge in change management and project management
• Excellent networking and communication skills to effectively convey changes and engage stakeholders
• Fluent in business-level German (C2) and English (minimum C1)
• Inspiring personality with a focus on teamwork and cooperation

For this full-time position, we offer you a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 49,000.00. The actual salary will depend on your professional experience and qualifications. Let's talk about it.
