Commercial Strategy Manager (f/m/d) - Organizational Design

L&R is a globally operating and expanding company for medical products. In our core business fields, we develop and produce innovative products and solutions for patients, ranging from high-tech applications in negative pressure therapy to modern wound dressings.

Your role:

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy into actionable steps and day-to-day operations
• Analyze and define the ideal organizational structure to achieve commercial objectives
• Develop and execute change management initiatives to ensure successful organizational transformation
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, retain, and develop talent to support business goals
• Ensure that the organization remains flexible, adaptive, and future-oriented
• Oversee and manage strategic initiatives for commercial strategy implementation
• Promote commercially-oriented decision-making in all relevant situations

Your experience and skills:

• Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, with a focus on strategy and change management
• Strong expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluency in business-level German (level C2 or mother tongue) and English (min. level C1)

For this full-time position, we offer you a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 49,000.00. The actual salary will depend on your professional experience and qualifications. Let's talk about it.
