We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Processes and Audit Professional to help ensure Premium Quality across our co-packer network and external service suppliers. In this role, you will be a central link in maintaining food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to uphold Red Bull's high-quality expectations.

You will support audits, troubleshooting, and quality-driven improvement initiatives related to co-packers while contributing to the development and maintenance of Quality Assurance processes and standards. Acting as a key interface between Global Operations and external suppliers, you will help drive consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the entire value chain.

AUDIT EXECUTION & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

You will conduct audits according to established processes, submit complete and accurate audit reports, maintain and follow up on non-conformity trackers, and actively support corrective and preventive action plans with all relevant stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards across co-packer facilities and external service providers.

QUALITY STANDARDS & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Red Bull Quality Assurance co-packer audit standards while ensuring QA processes are always kept up to date. By embedding best practices and structured approaches, you will help strengthen quality governance and consistency across operations.

STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

You will support internal departments and external partners on quality-related topics, acting as a trusted point of contact for audits, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives. You will participate in and, where appropriate, lead cross-functional meetings and process improvement teams focused on enhancing co-packer performance.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & BEST PRACTICE SHARING

You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement culture by sharing best practices, participating in project teams, and driving quality-focused initiatives. Your analytical mindset will help identify improvement opportunities and support sustainable performance across partners.

FOOD SAFETY & VALUE CHAIN ASSURANCE

You will support food safety across the full value chain of production and distribution, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and immediately reporting any identified failures or hazards. Through structured documentation and clear communication, you will help safeguard product quality from source to shelf.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Quality Management / Quality Assurance, Process Technology, or a comparable field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally within the beverage sector
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP and GMP; familiarity with GFSI certifications and/or ISO 9001
  • Audit experience and knowledge of root cause analysis methods are strong advantages
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
  • Confident IT user skills, including SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to document data clearly, concisely, and accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent working style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; first leadership experience and willingness to take ownership are advantageous
  • High level of initiative, enjoyment of teamwork, and readiness to travel (approximately 20-30%)
  • Travel: 20-30 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.320 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
