In this role, you will support our Sales Controlling objectives, focusing on customer profitability management, value chain, and trade terms optimization. You will act as a business partner for the global Sales organization and our subsidiaries outside of Europe.

Key responsibilities include fostering business partnerships, participating in planning and forecasting, ensuring data quality, and contributing to sales controlling projects aimed at optimizing the value chain and trade terms as well as refining better processes. GLOBAL SALES CONTROLLING

  • Contribute to projects that drive the global value chain, pricing and promotional efficiency through continuous improvement of global sales controlling processes and tools.
  • Contribute to projects that deliver transparency and system integration in the areas of pricing, value chain management, customer and product profitability.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP LOCAL RED BULL ORGANIZATIONS

  • Ensure data quality and reconciliation during month-end closing and planning cycles in collaboration with responsible business partners.
  • Lead the value chain data collection from the markets under the scope, ensure quality and timely system input and analysis by business partners. Prepare global findings based on local value chain input. Challenge and address the completeness and sufficiency of local findings by performing cross check vs. global findings.
  • Ensure customer profitability is analyzed throughout all Red Bull organizations under the scope and appropriate actions are taken by the markets.
  • Support with the analysis on volume and pricing plans during all planning cycles.
  • Deliver input on demand on launch proposals with sustainable business impact and on all business cases that require board approval.
  • Update all relevant training materials and documentation; support with needed training.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAMS

  • Close collaboration with the Global Sales and Operations teams to drive the global profitability and S&OP roadmap.
  • Creation of an ad hoc analysis that is required to support any commercial decision or initiative.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Finance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant (Finance) work experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (SAP ERP / SAP BI / Hyperion, etc).
  • Highly analytical and very skilled individual in the area of profitability analysis.
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives.
  • Proficiency with integrated business analysis tools (e.g., BI, Power BI, SAC, etc.) and advanced analytics (e.g., Snowflake, Python, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
