Your Role:

At the intersection of science and patient care, the Medical Science Expert for Neurology and Immunology serves as the scientific backbone of the local Therapeutic Area team. In this role, you will act as both an office-based and field- based expert, building trusted partnerships with key thought leaders pre- and post-launch to advance the appropriate use of our portfolio. Working in close alignment with the Therapeutic Area Specialist, you will address in-depth scientific inquiries from healthcare practitioners, lead internal training programs, and drive core medical activities including early access programs and investigator-sponsored studies. You will ensure scientific accuracy across medical and marketing materials, uphold compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and champion operational excellence — all in direct service of improved patient outcomes.

The position is a maternity leave cover limited until December 2027.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in a life sciences, medical, or related field; or equivalent professional experience in a scientific or clinical environment

  • Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within a Medical Affairs or cross-functional role

  • Solid understanding of clinical research methodology and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

  • Experience working at global or regional level, with exposure to cross- functional collaboration across Medical, Commercial, and Regulatory teams

  • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare practitioners and key thought leaders across multiple therapeutic areas

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies

  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
