Tasks
- Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis for Sales and Manufacturing
- Prepare sales and margin reports by market and customer to support commercial decisions
- Oversee receivables and credit limits to ensure effective risk control
- Lead and oversee local accounting tasks and filing of IFRS and statutory yearly financial accounts
- Manage annual budgeting and support forecasting processes
- Calculate SKU‑level pricing in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Support Sales, Plant Management, and the Sub‑Region GM with performance optimization and quotation validation
- Drive cost‑saving analyses, monitor project impact (incl. PAP), and support ad‑hoc initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 8+ years’ experience in Finance / Controlling within industrial environments
- Strong project management skills across finance‑related initiatives
- Extensive experience with SAP and Oracle HFM for reporting and budgeting, preferred
- Solid understanding of GL processes and month‑end / year‑end closing
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working in matrix structures and international organizations
- Fluent German and English skills

Salary
The actual minimum salary amounts to 63,000 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid.
