Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Develop and optimize simulation methodologies for semiconductor devices, circuits, and Intermediate Bus Converters

Perform electrical, thermal, electromagnetic, and reliability simulations using industry-standard EDA tools, while creating and maintaining simulation models, libraries, and verification environments

Analyze simulation results and correlate them with measurement and hardware data, supporting failure analysis and root-cause investigations

Automate simulation workflows using scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB and drive continuous improvement of design flows, verification processes, and simulation infrastructur

Collaborate with design engineers, process engineers, and system architects to resolve technical challenges

Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for simulation and methodology usage, and present technical findings to internal stakeholders and management

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Informatics, or Physics from a university or university of applied sciences

Strong industry experience in power solutions and power modules, with a deep understanding of data center power systems and relevant power topologies

Knowledge in magnetics design, EMI, thermal design, and power electronics, including knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, digital, and power semiconductor design principles

Extensive experience with analog and digital circuit design, loop compensation, and current sharing

Proficiency with semiconductor simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA, ANSYS) and have programming and automation experience using languages such as Python, MATLAB, TCL, or Perl

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication in fluent English and solid teamwork abilities

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
