Sustainability Coordinator (m/w/d) - 6,5h

Vienna, Österreich

In this part time role, you will support sustainability and compliance activities across the Canon Central & East region. Working closely with the Sustainability Lead, you will help maintain environmental standards, coordinate sustainability reporting, and support regulatory compliance, contributing to both business continuity and Canon's sustainability ambitions.

What we ask:

  • Support the maintenance of environmental management standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate sustainability reporting and ensure accurate environmental data collection and management.
  • Assist with product safety, certification and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability Lead, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver sustainability and compliance activities.

Your profile:

  • Interest in sustainability and compliance topics.
  • Experience in sustainability, product certification or regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English and German skills; Turkish is an advantage.

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3,300 (full-time equivalent). Your skills, performance and commitment are what matter most to us. Depending on your experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be offered.
