Your tasks

In consultation with colleagues in the Department of Languages, you will independently undertake specific tasks relating to the preparation and follow-up of courses (e.g. tutorials). You will support the team in coordinating interdisciplinary projects and contribute to exciting research and development projects in the field of language didactics. In addition to independently producing publications, you will attend academic conferences. Your responsibilities will also include department-specific administrative tasks, such as supporting the department management and part-time lecturers in the preparation and conduct of examinations.

Your profile

You hold a master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to language didactics and have already gained initial professional experience in university-level teaching of English. You enjoy imparting knowledge and engaging in interactive exchanges with students. You have C2-level proficiency in English and very good German language skills.

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary (as of June 2026, on a full-time basis, paid 14 times a year) of EUR 3,800 to EUR 5,300 (depending on eligible prior service).
