Global Marketing Manager - Lead Function

Our fruit solutions deliver high quality fruit, which is expertly prepared to be used in the dairy, ice cream, bakery, food service and beverage industries. AGRANA Fruit's product development work incorporates the latest global nutritional and health trends.

For our location in Vienna we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our PDMI department as Global Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the global marketing strategy and tactical plans, including budget and resource management
• Drive a business-driven product marketing approach in close collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Category teams
• Develop and implement global marketing campaigns and content strategies to enhance customer experience and proactive launches
• Establish and manage lead generation and qualification processes to support new business growth
• Act as global functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance, and KPIs

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B food industry
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
