Aufgabengebiet

• Develop and implement contract management and administration processes in line with company policies and governance requirements.
• Collect, manage and maintain contract metadata while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial standards and DORA.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and services are correctly charged and transferred to end customers.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, monitor contract lifecycles and manage renewals and extensions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on contractual matters to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
• Utilize contract management solutions, ideally SirionLabs, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive the continuous development of the contract management platform, including AI-based metadata extraction, workflow automation and process optimization.

Anforderungsprofil

A successful Contract Manager (m/f/x) should have:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Business Law or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in Contract Management or a comparable role.
• IT project management skill highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-driven working style.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools; SirionLabs experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
