We need a Senior B2B Marketing Manager who is ready to own something, not just support it. Start date: September 1st at the latest.
You will sit in the Product Marketing team within the wider Greentube Global Marketing and Sales department, reporting directly to the Team Lead B2B Marketing. You will work across Sales, KAM, Product, Digital, Marketing Communications and PR on a daily basis. We need someone who knows the iGaming industry, thinks in strategy before tactics, and gets things done without being chased.
Your tasks
- Campaigns: You will lead B2B marketing campaigns end to end. That means deciding what we should be saying and why, briefing the design team, overseeing execution, tracking performance, and reporting back
- Trade shows: You will co-lead Greentube's presence at major trade shows. In practice that means building and owning the project timeline months before the show, mapping out every dependency, factoring in approval windows, holidays, and supplier lead times, and making sure we hit every deadline without anyone needing to chase you. On the show floor you will manage customer events, host on the booth, and represent Greentube to clients and partners with confidence, including senior stakeholders. We also want someone who thinks creatively about sponsorship opportunities, not just stand presence
- Merchandise and event support: You will plan and coordinate branded merchandise and support the Sales and KAM teams with materials for client events, from concept through to delivery
- Competitive intelligence: You will own our B2B competitor tracking process, build the research frameworks, and turn findings into clear, structured presentations for leadership. This is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-off project
- Content, copy and product guardianship: You will own the written output for product marketing including newsletters, product sheets, landing pages, and event materials. Beyond writing, you are the guardian of how Greentube's games look and are represented in a marketing context across every channel. That means liaising with the Digital Marketing and Communications teams on cross-functional projects, whether it is how a game is presented on the website, what gets featured in a trade publication, or how a product launch comes to life visually and editorially
- Partner and subsidiary marketing: You will support marketing activity for Greentube's subsidiary brands and strategic partnerships, keeping everything consistent with our broader B2B positioning.
Your profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in iGaming or a closely related industry
- Someone who thinks in overall strategy, not just tasks
- Strong track record in campaign management from brief through to reporting
- Trade show experience, ideally at ICE, SBC, or G2E Las Vegas; you know what it takes to deliver on the show floor and in the months before it
- A natural communicator who is equally comfortable presenting to a client, briefing a supplier, or walking into a conversation with senior management
- Confident managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders independently
- Analytical mindset; you use data to make decisions, not just to report them
- A self-starter who builds good relationships across teams and uses AI tools as a natural part of how they work
- Excellent English, written and verbal; a second language is a plus

The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is EUR60.000 (full-time basis, paid in 14 salaries). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
