Your Team
We are Magenta. The ultimate promise for Austria's digital future. You will be part of an Agile (Tribe) organization and teams which shape and realize future-proof and sustainable digital solutions for our B2B customers. The goal of the Tribe is providing high quality products and services and acquiring the best valued B2B Customers.
This is a hands-on, build-and-operate role at the heart of our Product Catalogue and Order Management SaaS platform -- the engine that turns every Magenta product into a fulfilled order for our B2B customers. Our software infrastructure is hosted by a SaaS partner, but configuration, debugging, observability, and application behaviour are owned by us -- by you.
Develop and maintain Product Configuration and Order Orchestration -- author and evolve the Java code and XML-based configuration that model our product catalog and drive order orchestration
Design and build orchestration workflows on AWS, primarily using Step Functions and workflow-engine patterns, to fulfill orders reliably across connected BSS systems
Design user-centric, future-proof solutions -- translate business and customer needs into robust technical designs, applying AI-led approaches where they add value
Own observability end-to-end -- create and maintain dashboards, alerting, and tracing so the health of the platform is always visible and issues are caught early
Act as 3rd-level support for the platform -- take on complex production issues escalated from our dedicated 1st- and 2nd-level support teams, and drive each from root cause to lasting resolution
Maintain the AWS infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines, keeping deployments repeatable, auditable, and safe
Collaborate with our third-party hosting vendor -- leading joint debugging efforts, managing escalations, and upholding SLAs as the technical owner on our side
At Magenta, we believe in diverse employees and live equal opportunities. We welcome all applications regardless of cultural and social background, age, gender, nationality, religion, disability or sexual orientation. Magenta connects all people.
That sounds good to you?
THEN WE MIGHT BE THE RIGHT ONES FOR YOU.
