Teamlead - SAP MM/SD (f/m/d)

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance as well as execute and design internal controls around O2C and P2P processes in SAP.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month

• Lead a team of highly skilled experts in the area of SAP SD/MM
• Fulfilling the service requests in the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with the functions to deliver tailored SAP SD/MM solutions and process adaptations.
• Engineering requirements together with the key-users from the business function, contribute to project execution and ensure resource availability (external and internal) for strategic initiatives within the Machine Automation SAP domain
• Contributing to the strategic development of the Machine Automation SAP landscape and architecture

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Education in the field of Business Administration, Information Technology or adequate experience in SAP & process consulting
• You enjoy directly working with the business functions to discuss processes adaptations and improvements
• Ability to demonstrate your experience as a teamleader
• You are passionate about finding the right solution in close collaboration with the business and you know how to implement it
• You bring hands-on mentality, knowledge about SAP customizing and ABAP competence as an option
• Good communication skills to negotiate priorities, budgets and solution design with your stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 62.609,54 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
