Your Tasks

• End-to-end ownership of assigned IT category (e.g. IT Services, SaaS & Software, Infrastructure)
• Act as strategic architect and knowledge hub for the category across the group
• Define, own, and evolve the category strategy and roadmap (incl. make/buy, sourcing models, vendor tiers)
• Consolidate group-wide demand and actively manage the supplier landscape
• Govern strategic sourcing activities and major RFPs
• Lead complex and high-value RFPs and negotiations
• Enable and guide strategic procurement execution across the organization
• Manage strategic suppliers and framework agreements
• Define standards, preferred vendors, and contract principles
• Identify savings, value creation, and risk mitigation levers

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Law, or a related field and strong expertise in IT categories (IT Services, Software, Infrastructure)
• Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation capabilities
• Proven experience in managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills at business and IT leadership level
• Ability to align and influence senior stakeholders across the organization
• Strong analytical and financial expertise (e.g. TCO, business cases)
• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Structured, strategic, and value-oriented mindset
• Ability to act as a central knowledge hub and drive best practices
• Leadership and influence without formal authority
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 55.356,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.

This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
