Your mission: As our Solution Manager, you'll be a key partner to Sales, helping customers understand how Nomentia's treasury platform addresses their business needs. You'll translate treasury and finance requirements into clear solution concepts, support sales processes, and demonstrate the value of our SaaS platform to customers across Europe with a strong focus on the DACH region.

Mindset: This is a hands-on role for a curious, solution‑oriented professional who enjoys working with people, understanding complex finance and treasury topics, and continuously learning at the intersection of business and technology.

Work setup: Vienna‑based role with regular opportunities for in‑person collaboration in the office, enabling close collaboration within the Sales and Presales teams.

In this role, you'll gain deep insight into treasury processes, enterprise customer needs, and modern financial software, while working closely with experienced sales colleagues. You'll be part of a growing, international SaaS company, contributing directly to customer success and business growth, as you learn building strong expertise in treasury, finance, and presales.

Role details

As Solution Manager, you will:

  • Support the Sales team throughout customer projects and sales cycles
  • Understand and structure customer requirements in treasury and financial processes
  • Translate business needs into technical solution approaches
  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Support proposal processes and respond to technical and solution‑related questions
  • Continuously deepen your knowledge of treasury, technology, and Nomentia's platform

Who you'll work with:

  • Internal teams: Sales, Product Management, Development, and other commercial stakeholders
  • External stakeholders: Prospective and existing customers across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Genuine interest in finance, treasury, and technology
  • Structured and analytical way of working, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
  • Eagerness to learn, with the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in treasury, finance, SaaS, or consulting
  • Previous experience in supporting customer‑facing teams, such as Sales or Presales, in a professional setting

Practical information

  • Salary: A minimum annual salary of 45 000EUR EUR depending on your skills and experience + up to 20% annual bonus (if company and team level goals are met).
  • Location: Flexible hybrid work in Austria (Vienna), with opportunities for in‑person collaboration.
