We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Manager Europe (m/f/d)
located in Vienna/AT.
The role
You have a clear mandate to accelerate growth and reshape the OEM commercial footprint in Europe. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution. You will take ownership of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability within the OEM segment, particularly in examination and surgical gloves.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute duties assigned by the Department Head and support overall business objectives
- Achieve defined KPIs and performance targets
- Ensure efficient and effective sales operations in line with planning schedules to meet productivity, quality, and customer requirements
Sales Strategy & Market Development:
- Define and implement OEM sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Review and optimize sales, marketing, and distribution channel strategies
- Manage sales volume targets, pricing, and payment term strategies
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
- Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and market expansion
- Drive new product launch and development initiatives
Customer & Business Development:
- Manage customer communication including quotations, product range, MOQ, lead times, and shipment schedules
- Review product specifications and gather customer feedback on quality and satisfaction
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop partnership strategies
- Plan and organize trade shows, including sample coordination
- Schedule and conduct customer visits and business discussions
Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on order management, production planning, and shipment scheduling
- Ensure smooth communication across sales teams, internal departments, and management
- Participate in and prepare sales meetings and discussions
Team Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Support training and retraining initiatives
- Participate in operational improvement initiatives and task forces
- Ensure workplace housekeeping, maintenance, and safety standards
Reporting & Additional Duties:
- Report workflow abnormalities, incidents, and accidents to management
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education with focus on sales
- Several years of experience and demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or industrial products
- Strong experience in European markets, including distributor and key account development
- Fluent in English; German is a plus, any additional European languages are an advantage
- Office-based role with flexibility to travel across Europe as business needs require
- High level of commercial ownership, strong negotiation skills, and resilience in target-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset
