Quality Specialist - Electronic Manufacturing (all genders)

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality Manager to join Kapsch Components -- our production unit specializing in electronic manufacturing services, delivering assembly, testing, and logistics solutions for professional markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate product and process quality across our EMS production lines
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO‑related activities
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, standards, and reporting in our HSSEQ system
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
• Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional HSSEQ activities
• Cooperate closely with process owners to ensure processes deliver the intended results

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (e.g., HTL or equivalent) or relevant studies in a technical field
• Experience in quality management, quality assurance, or production engineering -- ideally in electronics manufacturing or a comparable technical environment
• Solid knowledge of relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 20000‑1)
• Qualifications as a Quality Manager or Environmental and/or Health & Safety Manager are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and related applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
