What matters to us
- Completed law degree; additional postgraduate specialization in international construction law or project finance is considered an asset
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in the international construction and/or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) sector
- Strong background in international construction law, including hands-on experience with standard contract forms such as FIDIC and NEC, as well as expertise in tender and contract review, claims assessment and preparation, and project-related correspondence throughout the full project lifecycle
- Proven exposure to PPP structures, project financing, and transactions within infrastructure projects
- Solid experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide legal advice from an interdisciplinary perspective
- Sound technical understanding relevant to construction and infrastructure projects
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages (e.g. German) are advantageous but not essential
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information, with professional communication and negotiation skills.

Your contribution to our company
- Provide legal support across construction projects, including contract review, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Advise on public procurement procedures in the context of international PPP projects and/or infrastructure financing transactions
- Conduct in-depth legal analysis of tender documents as well as project and financing documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate consortium agreements and a wide range of project-related contracts (including project, construction, design, supply, financing, and advisory agreements)
- Participate in negotiations with public authorities, consortium and development partners, advisors, lenders, and subcontractors
- Select, instruct, and coordinate external legal counsel
- Act as a key liaison with external lawyers, expert teams, local entities, and other stakeholders
- Support projects throughout the execution phase with ongoing legal guidance
