You bring hands-on experience from industrial automation -- for example as a system integrator, application engineer, support engineer or developer -- and turn real user needs into clear technical requirements.

Your key responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into technical specifications together with our domain experts and product management team
- Coordinate across engineering teams, market requirements and international partners
- Maintain the product roadmap and identify improvements for our IEC 61131-3 programming environment
- Analyze market data and stay up to date on trends in industrial automation
- Support the agile development process and validate new features in zenon Logic
Your qualifications
Your technical foundation
- Hands-on experience with IEC 61131-3 -- you have programmed in Structured Text, Function Block Diagram or similar, and/or configured applications
- Solid understanding of industrial communication (e.g. PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA)
- Basic understanding of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
- Very good English skills; French is a plus
Your path into product management
- Interest in IT infrastructure, container architectures and edge computing
- Understanding of IT/OT convergence -- or the motivation to grow into it
- Enthusiasm for software solutions and new technologies
- Firstexperience with agile methods and/or technical project coordination
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect customers, engineering and business
Depending on professional experience, this position is at least classified according to the IT collective agreement in ST1/entry level. The final gross salary is in line with the market and is based on your training, qualifications and experience.
