The Marketing team drives player growth and brand visibility across multiple channels and markets. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix while working in a fast-moving, international environment. Collaborating with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, the Junior Marketing Manager contributes to impactful acquisition campaigns and supports the expansion of our Real Money Gaming business. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, data-driven, and motivated to grow into a well-rounded digital marketing professional.

Your tasks

Learn and contribute to captivating campaigns:

• Assist in managing online and offline channels to boost platform visibility
• Support the execution of an omnichannel strategy, including, online: SEM, Social Media, and App Marketing and offline: sponsorships
• Help define content needs and contribute to campaign optimization

Grow your strategic skills:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on brand direction and budget planning
• Learn how to shape branding strategies and measure campaign impact

Be part of a collaborative team:

• Work cross-functionally with CRM, Design & Content teams, and external agencies
• Gain insights from experienced professionals and develop your marketing expertise

Your profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition campaigns
• Strong interest in digital marketing channels and campaign management
• Analytical mindset with interest in online and mobile KPIs
• Proactive, structured, and motivated to take ownership and grow professionally
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus
