Vision of Data & AI department is to enable every decision within Magenta to be data driven. We aim to be the #1 business partner for all Magenta units, when it comes to data. We are on a mission to simplify our data stack and bring our data, clean and structured to a modern cloud with GCP.
To enable the value of this data we are building a strong data governance foundation with a skilled and dedicated data governance team. To complete this team, we are searching for a Data Quality Manager.
You have an educational background and experience in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in data governance, data management, or business intelligence?
You bring strong expertise in data governance and data quality, including principles, frameworks, best practices, and practical experience with governance tools (e.g., Collibra, DataHub), as well as organizational compliance requirements and their technical implementation?
You have an analytical, problem-solving mindset to identify and address root causes of data quality issues, combined with change management skills to help embed a data quality culture across the organization?
You are technically proficient in SQL for data validation and have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to clearly communicate data quality metrics?
You are fluent in English and at least average in German?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR3.413,78 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
