Your Role:
As local HR BP & Country HR head for Austria & Portugal you are driving the country people agenda across organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
You act as strategic HR partner to leaders, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities, country needs, and people strategies
You are used to operate effectively in a matrix environment, balancing country HR leadership responsibilities with global business HRBP accountabilities to shape people decisions and position the organization for future needs
Manage our external payroll provider and take all necessary actions to ensure proper payroll processing, including preview calculations/forecasts and accrual management
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5 years of relevant HRBP experience
Experience in HR operations and/or a Global HRBP role in a fast-changing and matrix environment is required, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life science industry
Proven experience as a strategic HR partner on organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development
Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a complex matrix structure, balancing country leadership and global business HRBP responsibilities
Proven experience in change management and navigating complex transformation projects with internal & external stakeholders
Strong hands-on mentality and execution skills in a high-change business setting

Salary
Pay range for this position starts with 80.000 € pa.. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position is eligible for a performance-based bonus.
