Join us as a House Technician (f/m/d)*

As our House Technician (f/m/d) you are our all-rounder for technical operations and building maintenance.
Your primary responsibility is ensuring that our facilities run smoothly, looking after technical systems, and handling repairs. In addition, whenever extra support isneeded at the front desk or in hospitality, you are happy to jump in and lend a hand.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance; ensure the proper operation of building services and technical systems.

  • Handle organizational tasks in facility management (scheduling and vendor coordination, documentation, inventory management).

  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of office projects (interior build-outs; space and workplace planning).

  • Coordinate and execute office moves and workstation reconfigurations in line with team and company requirements.

  • Support your front desk & hospitality colleagues in times of need with their tasks, e.g., welcome and assist visitors and guests, answer and route incoming phone calls, manage email inbox, process mail, prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, ensure cleanliness of kitchens and meeting rooms etc.

Your strengths and skills:

  • Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, or in a similar trade) with solid hands-on experience.

  • Working independently and in a solution-oriented manner, allowing you to tackle technical challenges and daily operational tasks efficiently.

  • A true team player with a hands-on mentality: While your core focus is on technical building services, you have a flexible „can-do“ attitude and are happy to support your front desk / hospitality colleagues.

  • Service orientation, reliability, and high flexibility.

  • English and German skills on a minimum level of B1.

  • Driving licence (valid for Austria).

What you can expect:
