What you can expect
As Regional Head Travel, Health, IT & Cyber Assistance, you are responsible for the overall performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across the Northern Europe region.
You ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery aligned with strategic objectives, while balancing standardization and local flexibility.
You will be responsible for:
Defining and implementing the operational strategy
Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)
Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience
Leading and developing international operations teams
Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity
Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making
Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region
Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations
What you will bring with you
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in an international environment
5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments
Experience in people management and senior leadership roles
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Analytical and results-driven
Experience in change management and transformation
Fluent in English (C1), additional languages like German, Dutch or French are a plus
Comfortable working in complex multi-country environments

Salary
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 80,000 gross per year based on a 40-hour work week. However, we are prepared to offer a higher salary, depending on your qualifications, expertise, and relevant professional experience.
