Comfort with Ambiguity: Uncertainty doesn’t faze you. You can keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Independence & Collaboration: You can drive projects solo but are equally comfortable collaborating closely with others
Proactive Problem-Solving: You identify gaps before they become issues and proactively find effective solutions
Working Style: You are serious about high-quality output and deeply appreciate working in a relaxed, approachable atmosphere (humor encouraged!)
