Now that our Graz location is up and running, we are looking for a new team member who will help us develop, optimize, and grow our products and programmes. Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on marketing professional who can take ownership of products and programmes from implementation through to ongoing optimization. Someone who enjoys connecting marketing, sales, and operations, collaborates effectively with different teams, and has a strong understanding of customer experience and business performance.
The ideal candidate is capable of independently managing projects, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning ideas into successful programmes that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Programme Management, Marketing, or Service Development.
Experience in managing and coordinating products and programmes.
Understanding of Customer journey and Customer Experience (CX) and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of B2C and B2B marketing and sales processes.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to monitor performance through KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.
Experience in preparing marketing materials and coordinating communication activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Google Sheets, and working with data.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
Experience and strong writing skills in creating emails, newsletters, promotional copy, and other marketing materials.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates With Experience In the Following Areas Will Have an Advantage:
Hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or event industries.
Development and optimization of service-based products.
Customer journey management.
Digital marketing, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
