The Center for Technology Experience is acting in a variety of challenging application contexts. We are passionate about addressing the design and development of future human-centered systems to meet diverse needs by exploiting current and future technological building blocks as well as a wide set of human-centered approaches and interdisciplinary methods.

Tasks

  • You will advise and support our team in acquiring third-partyfunding. You will identify relevant national and European funding programs and actively assist in the search for funding opportunities, as well as assisting in the preparation of high quality project proposals, carry out reviews, and accompany the entire application process through to submission.

  • You support researchers and project managers in all tasks related to acquiring funded projects — from initiation and budgeting to proposal submission, reviewing project-related contracts in close cooperation with our legal department as well as organisational handling and documentation.

  • In addition, you will support the monitoring and analysis of our research center's participation in funding programs.

  • You will represent our center at events organised by relevant funding agencies, maintain and actively develop contacts with national and international funding agencies, establish targeted contacts with potential research and industry partners as well as show active presence in relevant national and international networks.

  • You will work together with colleagues to develop new research and innovation projects, manage ideas and support the formation of viable consortia. In doing so, you will position our key topic an technologies in the relevant networks and in relation to our most important stakeholders.

  • You will support active partner management, coordinate exchange with research and industry partners, and help define clear roles, contributions and responsibilities within project consortia.

  • You are a team player and value constructive exchange both with colleagues within the center and across centers regarding current research activities.

Your qualifications as an Ingenious Partner:

  • A university degree, ideally with a technical background, innovation management, technology management or other relevant backgrounds

  • Interest and experience in national and European funding systems, funding management, and project acquisition

  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with a sense of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality

  • Communication skills, networking talent, willingness to learn, reliability in meeting deadlines, and team spirit.

  • Very good MS Office skills as a basis and willingness to familiarise yourself with internal company tools

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Enthusiasm for unconventional solutions, creativity, and visionary thinking.

  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for familiarising yourself with our field of research

Salary

The gross annual salary on a full-time basis (38,5 h / week) according to the collective agreement is EUR 68.152,--. The actual salary will be determined individually, based on your qualifications and experience.
