Your Tasks
As Media Activation & Operations Manager you are leading the end-to-end media activation process in multiple markets including responsibility for on time and in full implementation of media campaigns. Your role is critical to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across functions and channels. Partnering with regional teams to continually evolve and improve processes and driving strong agency relationships will be essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering media campaigns across multiple channels, combines analytical expertise, operational leadership with cross-functional cooperation experience and is skilled at collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Your Tasks
Media Campaign Implementation, Activation & Reporting:
Lead the end-to-end process of media campaigns implementation across functions and agencies to ensure on time implementation of comms campaigns, in line with precision marketing programs and other best practice
Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate the media operations process to ensure campaigns are executed on time
Track and analyse the performance of local activations and operational processes
Strong cooperation with internal teams, cross functional, external stakeholders and agency partners
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with local & regional teams to continually drive operational excellence in activation process
Develop and optimize operational processes for campaign execution to ensure efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of campaign delivery
Identify operational challenges, anticipate future needs and areas for improvement
Agency Management:
Ensure high-quality insights from the media & creative agency and the application of those learnings and opportunities in future media executions
Act as the main point of contact between the local market and communication teams for campaign execution
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field
3+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, ad operations or campaign management
Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and performance marketing principles
Experience with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
Strong analytical & conceptual skills
Strong team player, who enjoys cross-functional teamwork
Self-motivated, proactive working style with high sense of responsibility and ownership
High level of resilience and assertiveness
Can-do mentality and strong prioritization skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (German is an advantage)

Salary
Compensation is based on the position and your qualifications and starts at a gross salary of € 4.270.14 per month (full-time). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
