The Opportunity
Ready to pave new paths for woom? While our bikes are already conquering cycling paths worldwide, we want to be present wherever families spend their daily lives: in toy stores, kids' concept stores, and department stores. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be the trailblazer for new partnerships across Europe (focusing on FRA, UK, Benelux, and IT). Your mission: to introduce our woom WOW bikes and our growing range of accessories—especially our helmets—into new channels and reach the next generation of woomsters.
Your Mission
You identify and secure new business partners outside the traditional bike retail landscape (e.g., toy retailers, kids' chains, or home & living stores) to massively expand our market reach
Collaborating with the Senior Territory Sales Manager and the Head of Sales & Marketing, you define the strategy for new channels. You scan markets like FRA, UK, Benelux, and Italy, using sales data and trends to identify smart growth opportunities
You lead negotiations from A to Z, ensuring that agreements align with our margin targets as well as the woom brand values
You make sure woom shines in-store. Working hand-in-hand with Global Marketing and local Trade Marketing teams, you ensure first-class product presentation and brand visibility
You collaborate closely with our Sales Teams, Sales Steering, and Product Management (PMC). You are the interface that ensures supply and demand are perfectly synchronized
You visit partners on-site across Europe, conduct product training, and represent woom at international trade fairs
You take full ownership of your partnerships within our systems. This includes onboarding new customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365, managing order entries, and using Salesforce to efficiently navigate your pipeline
That’s You
You love opening new doors and can communicate the value of woom with passion and conviction
You have a solid background in Sales or Business Development, ideally with an understanding of modern retail structures and shop-in-shop systems
You are proficient in using modern CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce & D365). Ideally, you also bring a basic understanding of digital processes such as EDI integrations
You are fluent in English (our main channel for international sales). Since you will be managing markets like France or Italy, proficiency in French (FR) or Italian (IT) is a massive advantage. German is a welcome plus
You love being on the move and look forward to spending approximately 30–40% of your time visiting partners in Europe or attending trade fairs
You enjoy working independently but value close coordination with the team in Vienna to find the best solutions for our partners
