Join us as a Study Program Coordinator(f/m/d) *

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate courses, faculty, and program administration.

  • Ensure teaching quality, compliance with academic standards, and continuous improvement.

  • Support the Program Committee Chair in curriculum development and strategic alignment. 

  • Manage the program’s budget and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Facilitate communication, represent the program, and support marketing efforts. 

Your strengths and skills:

  • Master or doctoral degree in Learning, Learning psychology, Computer Science, Technology, Pedagogy or related field. 

  • Experience in higher education administration and program management.

  • Knowledge of academic standards, quality assurance, and budgeting.

  • Experience in marketing and promoting educational programs is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent communication in English and German on minimum level C1
