XUND is a leading digital health scale-up that enables healthcare companies to digitize patient interactions and translate data into actionable insights.

It's our vision to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare by bringing together medicine, technology, and a human-centered mindset. But we cannot do it alone: we need leaders, doers, and innovative minds to turn our vision into reality.

That is why we are looking for an ambitious, highly committed, and entrepreneurial team player who shares our values of putting patients first, building an inspiring and open environment and challenging the status quo.

The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital growth. You don’t just run campaigns, you architect the entire user journey. Your primary mission is to build and scale a new prevention platform that bridges the gap between a medical "aha-moment" (the digital self-check) and long-term financial protection (partner insurance products). Simultaneously, you will design and launch marketing campaigns for our clients focused on high-accuracy patient identification.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end conversion funnel for our new prevention platform. Your goal is to optimize the critical transition point where a user moves from a health assessment to an insurance purchase.
  • Design and execute lead-nurturing sequences (email, push) that build credibility and educate users about the value of preventive insurance, reducing friction at the point of sale.
  • Develop, launch, and analyze A/B tests across all touchpoints – from ad creatives and landing pages to CTAs and onboarding flows.
  • Monitor paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) with a focus on high-intent audiences. You look beyond clicks and optimize for Lifetime Value (LTV) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Build and iterate on high-converting landing pages using no-code tools (e.g., Elementor). You write persuasive, direct-response copy that balances medical integrity with sales psychology.
  • Monitor the full funnel, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights. You use data to explain why users convert or why they drop off.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in growth marketing.
  • You understand why people hesitate to buy and how to use psychological triggers (social proof, loss aversion, framing) to drive ethical conversions.
  • You are comfortable with data visualization and analytics tools. You don't just report numbers, you identify the "why" behind the data.
  • Experience with landing page creation and optimization, including copywriting and working with no-code tools (e.g., Elementor for WordPress).
  • Strong project management and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and emerging marketing trends, including geo-targeting and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing with an understanding of the customer journey and lead generation.
  • Proactive and adaptable personality, contributing ideas, and embracing change.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and external marketing content.
  • Resident in the European Union and authorized to work.

Nice to have

  • A strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience in the healthcare or healthtech industry.
  • Able to produce visuals for ads, landing pages, or LinkedIn posts with Canva, Figma, or Adobe products.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.

Your Benefits

  • Embark on a journey with one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital health scale-ups and make a real impact in a purpose-driven environment!
  • Take on exciting challenges while working in a dynamic space where creativity and fresh ideas are always encouraged.
  • Benefit from a dedicated training budget and professional development time, because we believe in growing together and supporting your skill-building journey.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best – whether that’s your cozy home office, a café down the street, or one of our offices in Vienna, Budapest, or London.
  • Join regular team events at each office and several company-wide celebrations throughout the year to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and create lasting memories.
  • Be part of a vibrant, open culture with flat hierarchies and direct communication, where your voice matters and everyone’s ideas are heard.
  • Plus, office dogs! They're here to keep the vibes chill and remind us all to take a paws and relax.
